Peopleware will exhibit at Contact Centre & Customer Experience Expo 2026, held at ExCeL London on 18-19 November, on stand CC-F50. The team will run live demonstrations of Peopleware's AI-native workforce management (WFM) platform for contact centres and BPOs.
On 18th November, 2026, at 11:40 AM, Ben Heslop, Director of Resource Planning at ResQ, will present "Scheduling without a forecast: How a BPO delivered £60K in annual savings" on the Contact Centre Technology Theatre stage. Ben will cover how ResQ leveraged Peopleware’s AI-Native WFM technology to schedule 900+ advisors from client headcount targets and took on two new campaigns without adding planners.

On the Peopleware stand, visitors can see the entire WFM suite, from forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, intraday management, and Time Off, along with the new Peopleware AI capabilities, all working in one platform. Visitors can also pre-book 1:1 demos.
The stand also has an interactive zone with a touchscreen game where visitors can play the game ‘Spot the 5 planning fails’. The player with the fastest time over the two days of the show wins a RayNeo Air 4 Pro AR Glasses. The winner will be announced after the show ends.
Visitors can take a WFM maturity assessment to get a clear view of their own WFM operation. The zone also provides the opportunity to gain access to Peopleware’s latest industry benchmark report, developed in partnership with Call Centre Helper, and the AI for Workforce Management report developed in partnership with ContactBabel, as well as many other assets.
