InVision AG, the company behind Peopleware, has once again been recognized as a Great Place to Work®. This marks the fifth consecutive year that the Germany-based software provider has received the prestigious employer stamp of approval from the international research and consulting institute Great Place to Work®. The certification for 2025 was awarded in the name of InVision, prior to the consolidation of the company's entire product and service portfolio under its new brand, Peopleware. 

The “Great Place to Work® Certified” program is based on a representative and confidential employee survey, as well as an analysis of the company culture. Following a thorough evaluation, the institute only awards organizations that are deeply committed to creating a positive and motivating workplace culture. Important aspects of the survey include respect, trust, team spirit, fair leadership, and employee development.

In the latest survey, Peopleware employees gave especially high ratings in the areas of togetherness, fairness, and friendliness. The most positively rated statements reflected the diversity practiced in the company and its culture of reflection, feedback, and growth. When asked what makes Peopleware stand out as a great place to work, employees highlighted the modern working environment, the emphasis on employee well-being and satisfaction, and opportunities for continuous learning, particularly through internally organized hackathons.
