Do I need to do anything?

No action is required from you. Once the update is live, you can start benefiting from the new navigation and the enhancements right away.

Will I still be able to access the WFM interface?

No. Navigation access to the legacy WFM interface will be removed: The WFM menu will no longer be needed as everything will move into one unified global structure in the new navigation.

Which new area is replacing WFM Employees?
