Do I need to do anything?
No action is required from you. Once the update is live, you can start benefiting from the new navigation and the enhancements right away.
Will I still be able to access the WFM interface?
No. Navigation access to the legacy WFM interface will be removed: The WFM menu will no longer be needed as everything will move into one unified global structure in the new navigation.
Which new area is replacing WFM Employees?
People will fully replace WFM Employees.
Which new area is replacing WFM Reports?
Reports, available under the Analytics application, will fully replace WFM Reports.
When will this change take effect?
The new navigation will be available to all users starting the week of February 16, 2026.
