What’s the reason for the rebranding?

We are uniting all InVision products and services under one brand to create a portfolio that encompasses all our WFM expertise. This makes it easier for you to benefit from everything we offer, and have a consistent experience across all platforms.

The name Peopleware reflects our core beliefs:

  • Your people are your greatest asset.
  • Software should enhance their potential, not complicate their work.
  • Great organizations harness both the power of technology and the power of their people.

These beliefs have shaped every product and service we built, and we wanted this to be at the heart of our new name: Peopleware.

Is this rebranding part of a merger or acquisition?

No. We are still a privately owned, founder-led company. The rebranding is not the result of a merger or acquisition, rather, it represents the next steps in our evolution since 1995. It aligns our identity with our mission to deliver powerful workforce management solutions that help organizations unlock the full potential of their people. Read the official press release.

Do I need to take any action as a customer during this transition?

Any potential actions with regard to the name or domain change have been addressed with your admins. If you have questions, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for guidance.

There should not be any interruptions to your daily operations. As an existing customer, e.g. injixo user, you will be automatically redirected to Peopleware’s new platform and resources. You only need to update your bookmarks as needed.

 

Will there be any changes to the products, services, or features I currently use?

No. The functionalities you currently enjoy as a current customer will continue seamlessly with Peopleware, but you’ll notice a refreshed branding reflecting our new name and logo across all platforms.

Will there be any changes to my contract?

No. The rebranding to Peopleware does not impact the terms of your contract. There will be no need to update existing agreements.

Will the support email and/or contact details change?

Yes. Our new support email is support@peopleware.com. You can reach anyone in our team by contacting firstname.lastname@peopleware.com. We also recommend whitelisting the new email domain to ensure you continue receiving emails without issues.
